I would also like to add my condolences Hangsleben family for there loss. I remember watching him at UND for the record it was my first expereince of watching hockey of any type at the time this old boy from the state of Florida never even hearing hockey to boot. To me he always played his best against the gophers. Then again like I said I didn't know much about hockey at the time. What scares me the most is that this young man was my age. Great atricle & I really enjoyed to say the least. They use to term PC"ERS if you ask me these so-called PC"ERS are more like NAZI"S what's next you can't use animals as mascots? Are these NAZI"S going to say that the term "GATORS" is offensive? When they start saying they'll be walking into a horrents nest big time. I do have one question I would like to ask if that's possible. Is this suit going to fought in State Court or Federal Court? If it's federal I thing UND would have a much better chance. All I can say it was a great game & the national championship say what you want & think what you want is still in the WCHA. If i'm not mistaken & if i'm wrong someone would please be kind enough to tell me but out of the last 7 frozen fours the WCHA has won 6 of those. Great article from ESPN. You know something those YANKEES finally got it right for a change. Let's be honest here College Hockey is 100% pure & I hope & pray that it nevers does mainstream. Because, it will never be the same. I said this long ago , that I perfer watching college hockey over college football anyday. The reason is that college football is BORING. Thanks for a great season. "LET'S DO THIS AGAIN NEXT YEAR." You know something a though just hit me. Overall the entire WCHA was the big winner in all of this if you think about it. How many final/frozen fours have you ever come across in your lifetime where all four teams are from the same conference? Just something to think about during the off season. SIOUX FAN SINCE 1973.

After all it's not that often that a first year coach takes his team the the national championship. Right now i'm a little worried about Denver's special teams & the reason is quite simple. Let's remember that Denver's speical teams carved up CC like a Thanksgiving turkey. Not only containing (please forgive me for my lousy spelling but you get the idea) the special teams but also that front line & a few other breaks that we can get. In all honesty, this is "AWESOME" for the WCHA. Furthermore, I don't who said this but they are right on the money on this one. Next year the entire conference will have a target on it's back. I maybe off a couple of words but please forgive me for at least giving it a go on that comment. As for ESPN, well all I can say is that they need to face the fact that the WCHA is a much stronger conference then that of Hockey East. Just look at the last five years alone for out the last five Frozen Four champions are from the WCHA. If that doesn't tell you anything then I don't what will. SIOUX FAN SINCE 1973.
