Can't blame the loss on a lack of effort. The Sioux D made one misplay behind the net and it cost them a goal. Exactly. Red had his boys plugging every passing lane and double-teaming the puck. The Sioux couldn't sustain any pressure. One shot and done. No opportunity to cycle the puck, no chance to get a greasy one in the crease. Got to tip your hat to a team that played really effective, but ugly hockey. Well said.

^You really have to know Gino to fully appreciate him. He isn't for everyone. I've known him since the 70s and he's always been very nice to me.

Obviously I have no personal knowledge of this young man, but his Twitter feed gives a glance at a rather me-centric existence.
