Apparently you didn't watch WDAZ last night Triouxp. They went through all of his charges.
  2. Be careful Bin, you might be getting an angry call from the fabulous BSA.
  3. He said today that he's playing next week. Good to get him back in the lineup.
  4. Can anyone provide a list of a handful of GF bars that have espnu?
  5. Cameron is the son of long-time Winnipeg Blue Bombers punter Bob Cameron. I am told that he is very good, and can kick as well. Will be interesting to hear if he does both. Can't wait to compare his and Obarski's numbers the next few years.
  6. I wonder who this "Don Adams" is that McFeely is referring to? I've said it before and I'll say it again: Credibility is a bitch. In his haste to jump on the official Fargo Anti-Sioux Bandwagon, McFeely has given the ref in question a new last name.
  7. Heck of a pass by Martens. He's going the other way around the back of the night and tosses cross body to Trupp. Very heads-up pass out of nowhere.

Thanks, I'll be very interested in hearing your thoughts. I'm leaning towards the Pearl.

You hit it right on the head. It's the general feeling of being unproductive while travelling or while in a meeting...checking e-mail, staying in touch when I want to be.

Anyone out there have a Blackberry? How do you like it? Pros? Cons? Blackberry Pearl? Thinking about taking the plunge and looking for some input. Thanks in advance.
  11. Sounds like they finally have him committed to coming back. More info should be available soon.
  12. Or, is it possible that this search committee consisting of 16 people methodically found the best person for the job? Suggesting otherwise really does discredit their work. Take a look at the names on that committee. There are some pretty damn good people on there. How many of you can actually, honestly comment in detail what Dr. Smith's visionary concept for UND is? Why does UND need a UND guy? NDSU is doing very well without a NDSU guy? Can we please give him a chance?
  13. Jim, you're right. I've said it before in another thread and I'll say it again: Either Brad or someone from the Star Tribune needs to contact former college players such as: Parise, Vanek, Zajac, Toews, Olkposo and have them discuss the brutal muggings that take place in college hockey. That story would run in newspapers around the country and finally get the ball rolling towards better officiating, opening up the college game, the enforcement of obstruction penalties...I'm certain that those players listed above would be honest in their assessment of the college game and the officiating.
  14. So the $64 question is what good is a verbal commitment? Nobody is binded by it. It serves little or no purpose. Bottom line is that you can't trust a kid, or a coach until they run on to the field on Saturdays.
  15. Not quite sure what your point is here. Maybe you'd rather have UND schedule Valpo?
  16. One thing to keep an eye on is to see where Schmidt resurfaces after his suspension. It won't be a series involving Wisconsin, or Denver...I'm guessing somewhere off the radar. Houghton?
  17. Hence, "unwritten" rule.
  18. The unwritten rule is hands off. I don't think Craig Bohl would actively recruit a kid that's already verballed. Kid must have changed his mind.
  19. Another name to keep on the radar screen is Kyle Gratzek of Stephen-Argyle. His brother Matt went to NDSU after a hard-fought recruiting battle with UND. Kyle is not the player that Matt is, but definitely worth a hard look considering the winning tradition up there.
  20. I think I've missed something in the translation. "Who" is he supposed to admit "what" to?
  21. Or is it possible that he heard "new enclosed practice facility and future plans for a new stadium"?. Maybe he was misquoted?
