This is not accurate information. The 10 days were SUSPENDED. Note the writer of the article and also note how quickly it will be changed. She is wrong. And saying that someone is going to serve 10 days in jail when they really aren't is going to get her and the Herald in a lot of trouble.

I really don't think we should brag about beating Mayville State. The financial disparity between the two schools is obscene. UND should beat Mayville State by 30 points. I hope Jones turns it around here, but I'm firmly on record as having said that Craig Smith should be the coach at UND. Fast forward two years, when Tim Miles leaves NDSU and they hire Craig Smith. The Bison won't skip a beat and everyone at UND will say "Wow, he's a great coach! We should have him here at UND!". We won't get a second chance.

That might have been the worst officiated period of hockey in the history of the sport. The call on Kaip for cross checking was...was...well, I don't think I have a word for it.

Is it possible that the NCAA might actually come to UND to accept its "award", and in doing so, see nothing hostile or abusive? Just a thought. Maybe they'll ask to have the award mailed to Indian-apolis, to avoid all the racism in GF.

Wow! I was having a good time reading this thread and then I came across this gem! Made my day. "If WDAZ had the advertisers lined up they'd put all the Sioux games on TV statewide". Your ignorance is showing. WDAZ routinely turns down advertisers on televised events. They simply don't have enough time to sell to everyone. The games are completely full. It has absolutely, positively nothing to do with advertising. It has everything to do with production costs, travel expenses, man-power, etc. You might want to stick to the facts in the future.
