where was it stated that not having a nickname complied?
-
The NCAA does what they want so no one really knows what they will or won't do. That is about the only thing they have been consistent with. As far as they are concerned right now UND is working towards a new nickname to replace Fighting Sioux. The vote is next week.
-
To represent them but they don't have the money to pay him??
-
There are about 20+ pages of this thread that this argument plays out. As of right now, UND is working towards a replacement nickname for "Fighting Sioux".
-
Tough to predict but I think crowd noise plays a factor in this one. UND - 24 Idaho St. - 14
-
I'm real nervous about this game. Idaho St. apparently has some talent and just haven't been able to put it together this season. On the other hand, Kramer comes across in his interviews as having no respect for UND.
-
Some good notes on the most recent commitment from Tom Miller. Thanks Tom. http://millersports.areavoices.com/2015/10/08/und-commit-no-11-still-a-soft-verbal/

I'm not saying it has to be one of those but can we find something and stick with it? I compare football to hockey (I generally try not to), I won't miss a Friday night hockey entrance. I get goosebumps everytime. After game one for football the last few seasons, I make zero effort to get to my seats prior to kickoff. Its boring. And judging by the lines we'll see trying to get up the escalators on Saturday at 1:02, most fans feel the same way.
-
I don't know how many times UND is going to change the entrance for football. It may seem like a small deal but that is something that can become a tradition and something fans look forward to. These are two extremes but right now its so bland I really don't care if I am in my seat before kickoff and I think most fans and students feel the same. Put the same effort in as other sports. The videos below are two extremes but these are tradition and something fans look forward to. How many fans at these schools are still out tailgating when this is going on? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbvtdXHXaLU

One day at a time. Saturday will be a very tough matchup for our defense. In the past, teams that have thrown quick have had success vs. the 3-4.
-
if you can run for over 300 yards, why bother throwing
-
ISU is last in the country in turnover margin. Something like (-14). We haven't forced many turnovers this year. I would normally have faith we'd come out on top of that battle on Saturday but after putting the ball on the turf 5 times Saturday they might be licking their chops as well.
-
My seats are right next to the student section and its loud when they do that. I'd like to think our students are coordinated enough to hit a chair back with their head up. Not sure if they can do 3 functions and yell at the same time but I'll keep an eye on that Saturday and report back to the group.
-
This should make for an interesting Saturday. Saturday may be the day the offense has to carry the load. Also need a good crowd for Homecoming to make some noise and help out the defense.
-
Reyes is out a couple weeks???
-
In short Joe improved as he got older and got reps? Hmmm
-
in our conference I think you can rely on running the ball and really good defense. I also don't think any of our four wins have been luck. With the exception of 2 quarters vs Drake, we have outplayed everyone.
-
Should be another good week of quotes from a head coach. Coach Kramer calls it like he see's it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=f0Ynzy2cZW8 This game makes me nervous. We need to get off to a fast start and keep these guys down.
-
our other QBs on the roster hadway more talent around them on offense but they turned the ball over constantly and didn't score a ton of points. I'll give Studsrud credit, he can run the ball and doesn't turn it over and gives us a chance. 9 starts into his career, he's won 6 of them.
-
Studsrud has won more games at this point in his career than the other QBs on the roster did in theirs. They were both given the opportunity early in their careers and couldn't do it. It has been pretty with Keaton but so far, he has been a winner.
-
I thought he looked good. Looked better than an 18 year old.
-
Reyes, Rich and our left guard I believe.
-
I'll take it. Not pretty but we made plays. 4-1!!!!
-
A couple first downs. Ice this thing

This camera work is so !@#!$ there is no way that could be reversed. I don't know what these announcers are talking about.
