I hadn't realized that Bucholz was a PWO. Wiki has been updated. Therefore, we only utilized 17 scholarships. We should have at least 5-6 still available.

Fully agree about the defense - not good, we can't keep up with their quickness! Offensively, I hope we learn something from them about moving without the ball and passing the ball quickly.

My oversight - I had added Judd to Wiki when he was first offered. He just showed up as offered on one of the recruiting websites. I thought it was a new offer - didn't check Wiki!

It looks like SDSU just offered Harden. He looks like the real deal - UND has only one scholarship available (right now, at least). He may be too much of a clone to Eikens for us to offer.

Jones would have been let go after the 15-16 season (should have been years earlier) but UND would have had to pay him about $100K. This was at the time of some major budget cuts for the university and the baseball program had just been shut down. President Schafer (although he fully agreed that the change should be made) felt that it would not be wise (financially or politically) to make the move at that time. Faison did little to try to change Schafer's mind although I don't know if he would have been successful if he had tried.
