KNIGHT GOAL!! 3-2 Sioux.
-
Rodwell scores. 17.5 seconds left in the 1st period. Game tied. 2-2. End of 1st period.
-
And by Rylan Schwartz...AGAIN.
-
Very nice moves by Nelson for the PPG. Game tied 1-1.
-
CC's Rylan Schwartz scored 40 seconds into the game. 1-0 CC.
-
Pretty ridiculous. Another goal straight off the face-off.
-
The Sioux need to tighten up in the defensive zone. Can't afford making mistakes in our zone with how good CC's offense is.

Sunday Afternoon/Evening in Bemidji
SiouxFanatic replied to siouxforeverbaby's topic in Men's Hockey
True that. The roster last year was built to win a title. We all knew this was going to be a pretty trying season with all the players we lost to graduation and going pro. Still it sucks to see the team struggle. (Yes, I know it has to be just as frustrating if not more for the players) -
Sunday Afternoon/Evening in Bemidji
SiouxFanatic replied to siouxforeverbaby's topic in Men's Hockey
This is gonna be a very trying season for the Sioux. We've been spoiled with how well our teams have been playing the past few seasons. I'm hoping the Sioux don't totally shoot themselves in the foot but it's not looking good for the team so far. Can't believe we got shutout again. It's a sad day when we can't score at least one goal against Bemidji. Hopefully things will eventually get better but I won't be surprised if they don't. Still though, I will continue to root for our team. GO SIOUX!! -
Tough break for Rocco. As much as it is a bummer for us not to see him skating it is definitely has to be 10x more frustrating for him not being able to play up to his full potential due to a nagging injury.
-
Anyone who is a subscriber of Midcontinent is able to watch all Bemidji State home games as long as your TV has a built-in digital tuner or if you've got one provided by Midcontinent. It's channel 597. And if you got no cable at all, as Millsy said, you can get the game via rabbit ears.

Well the person does spend most of his/her time stalking Sioux players and what they are doing in school. Probably blends in with the jersey chasers.

So.......would you guys swap Muss for Lennon?
SiouxFanatic replied to WYOBISONMAN's topic in Football
I'd say no. He made his own bed. It was his decision to try and find greener pastures. Certainly nothing against doing that but at this point if Mussman is let go, I believe that there is someone out there that would be better for UND than opening our arms and letting Lennon return(which would require him to be fired or him voluntarily resigning from SIU). -
GRIMALDI HOLY !@#$!!! YEAH!!!
-
Holy ****, Dell is doing another hell of a job saving his teams @$$es.
-
I was thinking the same thing. Haha
-
Well, I think you know that isn't something the Sioux do. As for the Gophers, I'm guessing the past couple of seasons the Gophers would've preferred to just stay on the bus instead of playing the Sioux. I honestly don't know what to expect. I'm just hoping the team that showed up against Wisconsin doesn't reappear.
-
By the way the majority of the Gophers fans are predicting the outcome of the series, the Sioux shouldn't even board the bus to Minneapolis. Which will inevitably make things so much sweeter if we surprisingly play very well against the Gophers.
-
If he was actually being serious, yeah. I was hoping he was simply joking.
-
Oh, so we can't have our own rationalization when you guys are perennially use the "Oh well, we didn't want him or recruited him that hard" rationalization when a recruit you want commits to UND? Camaratta is going to be a good addition for what's looking to be one hell of a recruiting class for the Gophers. When Fasching commits, that'd be icing on the cake. (I don't think there's much of a chance he commits elsewhere such as UND)
-
And it seems that if you aren't shooting your mouth off making comments about people(and players) anonymously on the internet, you wouldn't have anything to do. I don't care if what you are saying is true or not but seriously, don't need to be making such comments on here.
-
He has? This must be your awesome mole insight or wait...you're probably just resorting to smack talk since the truth hurts. For being a mole, you seem to know a darn thing about the team.
-
You'd think the Gopher fans would have a better realization that, that is what it has been like for the past few seasons now considering they've visited Grand Forks far more than we have visited the Mooch in the past few seasons. (albeit part of the reason is because Minnesota played us in the 1st round of the WCHA playoffs in Grand Forks)

Disappointing, 2 games that the Sioux could've won but ultimately didn't. Just gotta move on, learn from the mistakes and get ready for the next opponent. Go Sioux.
-
Well that is pretty much it. Disappointing weekend. These 2 games were winnable for the Sioux. Not only were the Badgers capitalizing on Sioux mistakes but they were also getting the lucky bounces while the Sioux weren't getting any. Silver lining, Kristo and Blood are beasts.
