Showing his true colors finally. Dude is a troll but tries to pretend like he's one of the few tolerable Gopher fans(GFG, sagard, FHG etc.). Exactly how I feel. I find it amusing how much some people, who I won't name...get their panties in a flipping wad when any fan shows some criticism after a loss. God forbid! Last I checked this is a bloody message board and is an outlet for Sioux fans. Whether it be celebrating a win or fuming over a loss.

If you did a little browsing of the site you'd find that they have the Saturday game listed and the stream will be made available 10 mins prior to drop of puck. Very. Almost pathetic to watch the lack of hitting. Other than MacWilliam and to an extent Pattyn this team lacks physicality. More the reason why god damn Panzarella needs to be freaking playing. I can't believe Hakstol sat him out this weekend when his services would've been very useful. Got too many softies on the blueline with Gleason, Mattson, Forbort, Schmaltz, and Simpson. Didn't think there would be a day in hell that the Gophers would be more physical than a UND squad.

Let this game get away from us. Just like last year in the regular season match-up on the Saturday we had the lead but choked and lost 3-2. At least this time we salvaged a tie...heh. This team has ways to go. At least tonight, did see a better effort and shows that UND can compete against Minnesota. The road to the NCAA tournament doesn't get any easier so I hope this teams works its ass off on getting points here on out.

Good game by the Gophers. Pretty much what I feared was going to happen....happened. Can't say we even scored a goal since the one goal we did get was assisted by Helgeson. Pretty disappointing. Hopefully the team can make a game of it tomorrow evening.

After the Holy Cross weekend I was liking how things were going. After this weekend series against CC....all I can say is if our defense doesn't show up next weekend against Minnesota it could get ugly.

He'll get to play deep in the offensive like he always wants to do when he's suppose to play defense. Maybe he won't be as much of a liability now. Hah.

When have the Gophers ever not gotten a call their way, Slap Shot? Either way, the hit is a tough call to make. Budish definitely sold the hit but you know most players in hockey are doing that these days to make sure something gets called. Every team is guilty of having a player do it. @MissSioux: Gopher fans are notorious for making comments like that after not getting a player they wanted. It's amazing how some of them act when a player they want commits elsewhere. Talk about a coping mechanism. You don't see UND fans belittling recruits that pick Minnesota over UND.

Big, big win. Nice to get 3 of 4 points especially against the likes of Denver. Overall, a good weekend for UND. Bring on the Techies. Take them out and go into Christmas break on a good note.

@Siouxforeverbaby: 59 seconds into OT according to Hajdu. I was casually watching a TV while streaming the webcast on my laptop. Picked the right time to look back at what was going on in the game to catch the game tying goal and OT goal! While there is a lot of negativity about this teams play so far this year one positive it seems is that they seem to be really good in winning in overtime.

Sucks that there will be a four year gap of not playing but there will be chances of meeting in the NCAA tournament. When the rivalry does resume though...that first and second meetings are gonna be big.

UMD deserved much better results than what they got this weekend. UND is very and I mean very lucky to get away with 3 points. With that said, hell of weekend for Kristo and MacMillan. I think Hakstol has possibly found the 3rd man to pair with Kristo and Knight.

I like the changes Hak made for tonight. Hopefully it's sparks things for the team. Also glad he finally swapped Panzarella in for Gleason. Gleason needs the time off. He's a great player but he's been playing downright awful for us since the start of this season. His attempt at trying to be the second coming of Chay Genoway has been an utter failure. Play defense Joe and chip in on offense when it is safe to do so instead of being the risk on the ice like you have been.

Hurley probably hasn't shown any interest in UND. He seems to be more interested in playing for a Big Ten or Hockey East school. Nothing new on Gersich, he's got rodent written all over him.

Sandbagging for the dogs already? I can't see UND pull off a sweep with how their Saturday night effort has been. Not only that but as others have said...just don't see UMD dropping 4 games in a row.

Not during the game since I don't think it was caught by the referee since he was skating away when Hak did it. Coincidentally, the referee that Hakstol flipped off was Don Adam I believe.
