Amen! I really miss the Minot Speedway. It was always part of my family's dinner circuit when we went out for dinner. We always hit up the Speedway in Grand Forks though when we are there for hockey/football games.

Why does UND schedule them again?

Took 3 of 4 from the Rays. Pretty good outcome especially after that shellacking in game 1 of the series. Going to a couple of the Twins vs Royals games. Usually catch some games once or twice year but I’m actually a bit excited to be going to watch them in person this year with the way they’re playing.

Hopefully UND can get back to being a contributor for the conference again real quick.

Providence up 2-0 on Cornell. They gotta love it that they don’t have to pay to host a regional but get to play in their hometown none the less. Maybe they send Brown a thank you card.

Hasn’t there been a couple? I mean just last year St. Cloud was #1 overall seed and lost to #16 Air Force.

If UND were in St. Cloud’s shoes, I would skip the Frozen Faceoff for the Fargo regional. Going to both events is a little expensive for me to afford. Especially back to back weekends.

Did they win the Gold Pan this year as a result? It's been a while since they won that I believe?

That wasn't a good weekend for the team that year. I remember being disappointed that it cost UND from being placed in the St. Paul regional. The rest is history with how that team responded though!

It's a 5 and a misconduct. Definitely unfortunate sequence but it's a penalty. Then again, I thought the St. Cloud player should've got a 5 for kneeing Mismash and nothing was called. Even retroactively. His season is done but yep, it was a totally clean hit.
