we just have to hope tonight that our jone's and radke's and kaip's and finley's and even lee's*snickers* don't get sucked into their bull$%!# if the sioux have a few goal lead late in the game cuz you know that the seniors and other pieces of crap on that team will be looking to make themselves feel better by trying to bait them into it. let's hope cooler heads prevail

am i the only one that noticed that there was only one question asked about the team and that the rest were questions about him?? and the only question asked about his team was answered with we, us, as a team, whatever....i'm not a gopher fan but c'mon now

you know that it'll be one of them on friday, and the other one saturday for the championship game and UND will have to beat the gophers again with the sioux spending half of the game in the box

i agree with pcm on this one.. the band isn't the most exciting thing in the ralph, but it does belong. If they would play better songs or songs that are just more fun, then people would get more excited when they come on. It is a matter of time and situation when they should be up and playing, and the UND fight songs listed in an above post should be included, but the songs outside of those that they play now are just boring. I also think that the gal in charge of the music needs to update her itunes or whatever she's using up there and get rid of half of the garbage music that they play. they need more of the heavier/catchier/getemjackedup rock songs and less of the pat benetars and no more hit me with your best shot...more godsmacks and disturbed and the nickelback tunes....sorry if it got redundant in here

no no no...some of the best pump up music they play is from Godsmack. I'm not sure on which songs they are, but there's two of them that they play, they used to do the one with the intro, the same one they use in the ARMY commercials on tv (blanking on the title). that song during the intro(oshie highlight film) used to give me goosebumps and make me wanna go out and crush a gopher like #7

it's been awhile since i've chimed in here but this thread is playing to my biggest beef with the sioux this year. I can honestly say that i feel that Kyle Radke is the biggest liability on the team in all aspects of hockey and would love nothing more than to see him humbled by getting his ass beat by one of the many many many other players that he tries to engage. I'm sorry kyle, you aren't Prpich.. you never will be... I've noticed that this year he's loosened his helmet up like Prpich so that it's easier to pull for a fight, or if it falls off people can see the look on your face...at least Prp was smiling cuz he's having fun...Kyle just looks up to the scoreboard in hopes of seeing himself. He skates hard and that is all the credit i will give him...7 out of 10 of his missed checks end up in a penalty out of frustration, and enough of those turn into pp goals. Unless hak sees something in him that most people don't, he shouldn't crack the lineup. I'd rather see martens out there or at least give forney a chance to get over his fear of going into the corners. My thoughts on brian lee are that he is way too soft for his size. I'm not saying that he should be laying out people left and right and spending his evenings in the penalty box, but i'm tired of watching him bear hug the opponent and stick checking the puck when he could be the first one there. I guess the problem with being the first one to the puck means he might get hit as he gets it up to his winger. The fight was a joke, he wanted no part of it and you could see by the look on his face that he was scared..until the officials got in. His offensive numbers aren't that impressive and if he is going to be the "quarterback" of the 1 pp unit, he needs to not be so afraid to shoot the puck. Just let it rip man. I know that DOT are the ones you want shooting the puck for the most part, but i've seen so many opportunities go down the drain because of lee not shooting, making a bad pass, and the pp doesn't get going again...so hit someone and shoot the damn puck. First round picks have zero excuses this late into their second year and he shouldn't be the exception to that rule.

what about ESPNU, i know it's not constant college hockey, but they have several games every weekend, and with CSTV having games every weekend...it's not college football or basketball like, but it's better than it was five years ago as far as exposure for the sport we love.

where his head has been throughout his tenure......two birds with one stone!!
