Seriously, how obvious was the fake punt? 7,800 fans not great but, didn't Southern Ill bring in 8,500 last week? Please recruit some speed.

Illini vs. Sioux 2009... UND could use the paycheck and some Chicago exposure for UND can't be considered a bad thing as far a recruiting goes.

My thoughts are: A: Wisco has some big guys that clog up lanes/block shots B: UND wasn't given a chance really to square up and attack the WI PK Solution: Move. Your. Feet. Break the Defense down and shoot low for a good rebound or find that off-wing i.e. Duncan for a little top shelf delight

How many 4th and 1's on UC-D's side of the field did UND have today?

Does anyone know when the tournament went to having this week between the regionals and the F-4?

My opinion: Just pick up tickets once you get down to St. Louis. We got caught up in the frenzy last year and ended up paying way more than needed. St. Louis will NOT be nearly as busy/crazy as Milwaukee was last year (with both Wisco and UND playing). To all travel safe and cheer loud.

1. Phil holding his glove up is showboating, (picked it up from his idol Karl G.) I'm fine with it. There isn't anyway for that to come and bite him in the ass. (Unless he does a "around the world" glove save and throws the puck in the net) 2. Irmen was getting razzed by the students right before he came out of the box and scored (see below) 3. Kessel taunted a crowd that was booing him everytime he touched the puck (loved it). The problem with "popping" ones jersey is that went out of style after the Illini made their run in the 2005 NCAA Basketball. I would have much prefered Wheeler or anyone for that matter to do something outlandish and fun like a Tiger Williams celebration (Number 1 at the end of the video).
