    Still can’t believe Canada hate of US. When we were doormats not a big deal. Now that we compete you’d think we were Russia. I cannot root for them anymore due to the hate factor.

    USA seems to be dogging it in the 3rd. Second game day back to back slowed them some. Just puck luck bounces for Finland last goal. But they deserved the win-played harder to the end.

    Actually NFW they go D1 hockey. They have 3 teams to support now in ACHA: men’s D1, men’s D2 and women’s. Ice may be good but arena is 50 years old and small. There is no $$ and no facilities for D1. City civic center would have to rebuild to accommodate. Players mostly pay for school with as much scholarships as possible to help.
