  1. The on campus stadium has been out there for a while in a couple of different versions. Some links for the future of UND Athletics.... UND is planning for the future No horseshoe stadium for UND You can also go to JLG Architects website and hit the following links... The Work.... Hockey/Sports.... UND Athletics Master Plan. Is this a recent conversation that you had regarding the stadium project??
  2. Get to Omaha...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-mt2FLbFKk I had a roommate that used to quote this commercial incessantly.
  3. That is because you live in the wrong part of Florida. It may be incorrect in your profile. If you look on the settings tab of your profile, there is a place to change the time zone. If that doesn't work you may to ask "Nick Burns, your computer guy"or Jim.
  4. USD's numbers have now been updated on the OPE site, so now all of the Dakota schools have the 2010 figures.... UND $16,784,688.00 NDSU $14,261,707.00 SDSU $11,923,267.00 USD $ 7,405,264.00
  5. The deadline for tribal approval is approaching quickly and unless a miracle occurs, the Fighting Sioux name and logo will be gone by August of 2011. I am suggesting that all Sioux fans make sure they wear the logo/name on November 30th, not that you don't wear it almost every day anyway, like me. I have a board meeting in St. Augustine on the 30th where I will proudly wear the Sioux logo. Go Sioux!!
  6. Sioux to face No. 25 Wisconsin on ESPN3.com GO SIOUX!!! Unfortunately, I don't get ESPN3.

    Jacks game

Ankle injury ends season for Minett
  8. Sicatoka the wordsmith..... Boer is dutch for farmer. Kalen DeBoer
  9. I was optimistic for Hendrickson during the UC-Davis game. He was able to move the team somewhat. I wasn't able to see the Montana game, but from reading the stats, UND had some huge QB problems. I would love for him to have a break-out game.
  10. 11. Yeah, right. You've watched this offense this year.
  12. Is Kalen the first name of the guy you are thinking of?
  13. Not only did the Sioux punt at the UC-Davis 38, it was punted into the endzone. Davis got the ball on the 20 and promptly completed a pass to the 35. Wow 3 yard difference. I know, I know, some are screaming hindsight right now. I questioned the call at the time. Like the neutral spectator in front of me at the Davis game said, "what's wrong with your coach"?? Mussman is a nice guy, probably a pretty solid OC, but is not head coach material. A change is needed. A new face with a Division I perspective. The point about the untucked jerseys didn't escape me either. I'm probably one of the "old geezers" mentioned in the "My Experience in Madison" hockey thread, but untucked doesn't sit right with me.
  14. Logo by logo, UND changes its brand
  15. Ahhh, island living. The warm balmy breezes, the sun, the pina coladas, the big beautiful sky.... Big Sky. Douple was saved by Patty V. Douple can't find his butt with both hands. How could Fullerton make USD/UND a package when USD was already committed to the Summit? I'm thankful that they weren't packaged. UND may truly have been on an island, an independent island.
  16. Not to douse your Missouri Valley hopes, but that conference seems to be one of the most stable in the nation. They have had the same 10 members for over 15 years. Evansville was the last to join in 1994. I don't see any movement there. Besides, like UND, NDSU isn't really in the footprint of some of these conferences. Obviously, the Montana schools are going to "the" games to see, but Poly and Davis are going to be games to look forward to.
  17. IF, NDSU was to inquire about Big Sky, UND would likely do anything possible to assist in getting them in.
  18. This can't be true. There are a couple of NDSU and SDSU fans blowing up every message board in the country claiming Montana is gone. The Big Sky just got a whole lot less cloudy. This can't be true either... because I keep reading otherwise.
  19. What is going to happen to Idaho? There was some speculation (perhaps wishfully) that they may move back to FCS and Big Sky.
  20. I talked to a contractor on Saturday who said he has 5 construction projects at GFAFB. Good news for the local economy.
  21. I can't say that I disagree with a single thing you wrote...... Rats! I agree and am hopeful that they stay.
  22. Kids show their stuff(s) Shane Benton of Linn-Mar soars in for a dunk Friday night during the CRANDIC dunk and 3-point contest at Cedar Rapids Jefferson. Benton won the event.
