Brings me back to when I was a kid building rockets that we used to buy at Benner's, downtown GF. We would build them and go over by RRHS and launch them, somehow attaching to the car battery. We launched one multi-stage, but I can't remember what happened, though. Benner's was my favorite store when I was a kid. They had everything hobby-wise a kid would want.

Unfortunately the weather here has heated up a lot in the last couple of days. I was out at some sites on Tuesday and commented that it felt like July in ND. There was low humidity a light northern breeze and low 80's. Today the high is 90 and humidity is going up. Still, it isn't the oppressive heat that we get here in July and August. Go Sioux !!

The Canad/Alerus should get a nice little test next week with the EERC sponsored BIOMASS '07 conference to be held next week. I see from the EERC flyer that the exhibitors have been sold out. Attendance is supposed to be over 300 for the conference.

I have a meeting up at Whiting Field on Friday, so I may have to swing by Stonebrook CC in Pace on the way back. Go Sioux!!

I'm sure that most of you have already been to the UND Facilities site and seen the great aerial photos they have of the campus and surrounding area. Warning, these are some big files. UND Aerial Photos This one seems to capture the entire campus with the exception of Ray Richards. I had no idea that the Wellness Center was that big. Entire Campus Edit: I take that back. Ray Richard is on it. I just didn't move the scroll bar over far enough.
