Looks like I will be able to watch a former Sioux player as coach this year. That is if the Ice Pilots remain in Pensacola. Ice Pilots hire Marks to be new coach I actually had Marks for a HPER class at UND, ice skating.

Ray Richards is also a nice little perk for the students who want to relax and get some fresh air. I played quite a bit when I was in school. Some of those times I should have been in class. Don't mess with Ray Richards. edit: I checked prices between Kings Walk and Ray Richards for a single season pass: UND Student at Ray Richards is $225.00 Public (Single) at Ray Richards is $450.00 Season pass at Kings Walk is $795.00 Not too bad for a nice little course.

So the news that came out here on 4-19-07 that I posted about here, already included today's gift according to the numbers listed in the Herald. UND folks just keep giving. Gotta love it.

Is Memorial Stadium too small, field-wise, for soccer? I would think that would be a great venue and it is UND owned and controlled.

How about writing "Dakota" in cursive on the side of the helmet? Somewhat unique and would identify UND above all others in the two Dakota's. Similar to Maine:

One of the classes I took from Munski was either the Geography of Canada or Manitoba, I don't recall which, but it did include a field trip to Winnipeg, which was a blast. We stayed at the Place Louis Riel, ate at the Spaghetti Factory and took in some nightlife. Oh, and we went to some museums, too.

I graduated from UND in 1984 with a major in Geography and a minor in Geology. Computer cartography was just coming of age and thought that was I wanted to do when I graduated. Unfortunately there weren't too many companies or municipalities doing it at that time and the ones that were hiring were paying poverty wages, so I ended up going into the fire sprinkler industry and doing drawings using AutoCad. I did really enjoy Geography at UND. There was a new prof., who was my advisor, by the name of Munski. I understand that he is now the head of the department. Great guy. I hope you enjoy your time at UND in Geography.
