Mpls seems to have a contrary viewpoint than everyone else on nearly every subject. Whether he is intentionally contradictory or his views are just different is up for debate. In my book, he's anti-ism.

Miller has been doing good things in the past year. I'm hopeful that he continues this trend at UND.

Isn't Phase I the demolition of the Old Ralph? If that is the case, I doubt that construction would start until next year. After the demo....soil samples, site prep.,, etc. I don't think I would use the same firm that did the soil samples for Minard Hall . Still, it is good to hear that plans are moving forward.
