It doesn't matter who is the coach with the roster they had last year.....as Chris Carter would say, C'mon Man!!! The pitching should be much better this year and hopefully the strikeouts decrease for the offense. Gardy is one of the best managers in the game, this mess is squarely on ownership and management. I think a good season would be finishing at .500 with the real turn around coming next season when Sano, Buxton, and Meyer are all in the show.

They haven't even practiced yet and all we have is video and stats. The point is, this is a fun filled day where every team in the country can have hope. Expectations are at the highest now, don't ruin it by raining on the parade. We all know that this doesn't really mean anything, just enjoy....

I have a feeling the only recruit at CB so far that will stay at CB is Carter. I am thinking the rest are better suited at Safety, but that is just my opinion.

I would still like to see at least 1 more CB recruit, 2 RB's, and at least 1 or 2 more offensive linemen. I am curious to see how many recruits are coming in June as well. Is it all or most of them or just a couple that could dress early?

Webster defines a Thug as a violent criminal. You were able to come to the conclusion that someone is a thug based on the way they talk and the appearance of the individual, yet are angry someone is implying you are a racist for doing so........

How bout you just think before speaking or typing, sometimes people forget that everyone can see what you put online. The fact that you were concerned about your name out here and not about what you typed do concern me though. You might want to represent your University in a more appropriate fashion in the future and treat everyone with the respect they deserve, and not be concerned about hiding behind a username.

It doesn't matter if you spoke or wrote them, it sounded bad. You used the term thug to a high school recruit you hhave never met. It was a poor choice of words and obviously made you look bad. We all make mistakes now move on.

No one agrees with you, move on. This is a recruiting thread....choose your words more clearly next time or better yet just don't speak them if they involve the term thug.

The fact that you are trying to sell us on why you didn't need him is a bigger deal around here. We had no reall recruiting presence in the area the last few years. He was previously committed to NDSU and no longer is after meeting with the staff. We haven't won anything as we haven't played a game and he hasn't committed yet, but you have to rebuild somewhere and that is what Bubba is giving us.
