Give Bedard credit, but WTF is the defenseman for Slovakia doing there? Its 3x3 and you get full control and you just throw the puck up the wall right to Bedard? He had all the time in the world and just panicked with the puck and made up for it with a poor attempt at playing defense to prevent a goal.

Agreed completely about next week. All backups and a pre season type game in Chicago. Hopefully 2 weeks is enough to get some of the linemen back.

And the Vikings are headed to the 3 seed and a rematch against the G men. It is what it is. They just aren't complete enough of a team to make a long run. I'll gladly accept the division title and 12 win season.

Expected to lose that one. IMHO the two best teams in the NFC North are both 8-8 and playing to get into the tournament next week.

The NFL playoffs are better with Green Bay in them. Completely expected this today. 24-3 now.

Starman made a good point when he said Finland was playing rent free in front of our net. This team is not great defensively.

I hope you're right obviously, but I think we may get blown out of Lambeau by a Pack squad that is playing well. Would be fun to end their season, but like we always see in Minnesota things always go to the last weekend.

That Czechia team is a legit contender for gold. They returned a ton of guys from when they upset team USA earlier this year.

I think Green Bay wins this weekend and the Purple end up as the 3 seed because San Fran is absolutely rolling with a 3rd string QB.

Lot of people forecasting GB-Vikings in the playoffs, but I see the Packers beating the Vikings at Lambeau and the 49ers winning out which gives them the 2 and the Vikings the 3 seed which means GB is in SF if they make it.

I'm impressed with North. They work so hard, and play the game the right way as far as the intangibles go. With their goaltending they've got as good of a shot as anyone. Still think it's RR or South in the end, but you can throw North into the conversation now.

It's a nice development. The WFSA is a good high school rink. Always good atmosphere at the games.

I think one of those two teams is the state champion with the other holding the runner up trophy.

Was at the game. Jay's had a great second period, and had the third under control until Sheyenne got one and it snowballed on them. They had a kid almost tie it late too on a rebound shot that hit the crossbar with under a minute to play. I looked at the replay on the Mustang Media YouTube channel and it looks like the officials got the call correct. Extremely close play.

That was the final that we needed here in the old USA looking ahead to create excitement going into 2026. I'm not a big Berhalter fan, but if he's the guy then US Soccer needs to come out backing him as the guy going forward or move on quickly. Not sure how qualifying works now that they're automatically in the tournament and there is a new format, but looking forward to 2026.
