Some thoughts:
~Zane forever.....just keep playing him until you lose I guess.
~Specialty teams almost cost them. 50 percent on the PK, 0% on the power play.
~St. Clair is good to have back. Tons of energy.
~5X5 they controlled play quite a bit. Looks like they are more into high cycle plays in the zone now then low cycling in the corner. I guess however you get it done...
Every game is a playoff game from here on out. Have to get two more against BSU to make it 9.
Lol....yeah theres a reason I've been retired from competitive goaltending for 13 years. I did dust off my goalie pads when I moved them in storage the other day...they've collected more dust than they ever did pucks....
It is clearly obvious why CC has struggled the way they have.....by garsh. Hang around, take a lead in the third period and then just to pull that?
Might have been the easiest goal Rocco will ever score. Well, unless I was in the net....
Drake sticks out his leg and its a powerplay for CC.
Lets see if they can get out of this period still ahead and finish off the weekend. Letting CC hang around.
Tough decision for Hak tomorrow. Seems like they've let it ride with Zane as the guy but do you switch it up and go with Clark tomorrow as a wake up call even though they have a six game winning streak?
IMHO.......crap I don't know.....I'm just a lifer on a message board.......
5-3 win for UND.
This team never makes it easy on my heart. But that makes 6 wins in a row for the fellas.
Some thoughts:
~Wouldn't be surprised to see Clark tomorrow, but do you stick with the guy thats won six in a row?
~CC at the end of the second and third didn't help themselves at all. Ouch.
~Liked the line combos. The junior group had a good game. Mark looks less hurt.
~I wish Stecher could just play the whole time. They need to work on his conditioning so he never leaves the ice.
Each game is huge from here down the line. Get a sweep tomorrow fellas.
PS: Miami is in last place in the league.....hmmm.....
