Guys that lay it on the line and accomplish special things for our program will never have me upset at them for leaving when the money and opportunity is there for them. I wish every player was a four year guy, but it's not reality.
Brock will go down as one of the greats. Game winning goal in the national championship last year, and part of one of the best lines in UND history. Battled injuries this year, but hockey isn't easy on the body. Good luck with Vancouver Brock, they are getting another good UND guy.
I'm still just in bewilderment about this Miska. Their season is over without him making 5 really great saves to keep them around long enough to score in OT.
Plus I'm still pretty sure the first team to hit the post in OT automatically loses.
Boy....Cam leaving.....hmmmm......I guess nothing surprises me anymore, but I'm thinking there would have been more on the table after last year.
Gone: Boeser, Poolman.
Maybe: Jost, Pogo, Gersich, Cam.
Can't stand Ciskie. Trying to rationalize a goon making a goon play isn't worth the oxygen or ink. If he knew anything about hockey he'd know that his team gets away with loads of obstruction crap and then they blow up (Tonninato) when it gets called. They make up for it though with a unique diving ability.
Sad part is they are loaded with talent, and probably have the deepest team in the country.
