These days going forward are huge for the program. Anyone who has any type of close contacts with the hockey program has to be on high alert. Home, to the rink, home, to the rink. Can't imagine a positive test ending a great season.

I'm the last person that should be questioning decisions on the field, but do we not have to get Otis the ball more? Seems like he gets stronger as the game goes on. I'd like to see him with 25 touches at least in the run/short screen game. Maybe a reason he's had success is the staff has kept his touches down early in the games, and then pounded on a tired defense with him later?

Completely agree, I was just wondering if it was the primary home uniform now.

Alright.....game six of the UND vs. Mav saga. To date we are....(checks google) 4-1 against the red cows. We have scored a whopping 25 goals against them in 5 games, and given up a whopping 11 goals in those matchups with 5 of them coming in the game we decided to inhabit the penalty box for elongated periods of time and made Jonny Tychonik a hero with the GWG. I felt we had a chance to win more games at Baxter arena than the Mavs this year, but they were able to pull ahead with the sweep of CC, and only playing one game there last Friday made them uncatchable. Mavs wins at Baxter=10. UND wins at Baxter=9. We were so close....maybe next time. Senior night at the Ralph. Love the character guy that Thome is, but I start Scheel to keep him ready to go next weekend. I'm guessing Gooch, Pinto, and Mismash are all back in the lineup Friday as well. No suspensions from incidents in this game please........ UND 5 Omaha 2

UND vs. Miami Omaha vs. Western Denver vs. Duluth CC vs. SCSU Alright, you guys have me convinced that this was the right way to do it in a unique year.

Something that I saw in the second half against the Jacks amongst the O-line was belief. Tough sledding the first half on the ground, but I think they started to get momentum in the second half and we saw some big plays on the ground because of it. That d lineman for the Jacks (#99 maybe?) is a dude. Great football player. I'm still tickled pink by the Otis dagger. Some RBs go out of bounds on that play, but he was thinking six all the way. Lucky he got a bounce too!

How in the NCAA officiating did Minnesota not get a penalty for running over Parise with 1:53 to go. Just face it off at center.

Is using puck stained practice nets part of their F or is that a different grade? If there had been a close call near the goal line where they had to look through the net from the overhead to see the puck there could have been trouble.

I don't think they were supposed to shake hands, but I'm glad both teams said screw it we've spent the last three hours hitting each other. That was kind of the highlight for me in what was a dreadfully run tournament.

UND vs. Miami is locked as the first round 1-8. SCSU vs. Duluth battle for the right to play CC. Loser gets Western. Omaha vs. Denver a likely lock in the 4-5 game. Western locked in at 6.
