No foresight on how to make better use of the land grant act. Otherwise…. There will be a LOT of changes to D1 football the coming years. Who knows how this will actually shake out? Also, the MWC is poised to get a s$&t ton of money from the PAC 12. I wonder if NDSU is negotiating based on that? They could use a team like NDSU. And NDSU needs something to gain attendance and boost interest. It was honestly getting boring for a chunk of their fans and interest was beginning to wane. This will help.

It is sports. That is all it is. Good for NDSU. In the FM area there is a need for FBS They will fill it In GF they can support an FCS program They fill that It has little to do with their academics or student interest. It is marketing. Let us all calm down.

I agree. UND over any team. My undergrad is from UND. Masters is from Wyoming. I cheered UND over Wyoming at the game in Laramie.

My wife’s family are USD folks. My step-kids graduated from UNC I side with my step kids. 😃

They did. i live near UNC. They barely have enough $$ to play FCS. One win their last two years. Chadron State was their only almost guaranteed win this year. All others could be tough. Their coach was all class after the game. I am not. I am pretty pissed at that call going to the $350 million dollar stadium team. Hope that officiating squad gets reprimanded

I quit watching the UND game and watched the UNC/CSU game instead. Northern Colorado “lost” to Colorado State 21-17. However, UNC scored the winning td with 8 seconds left on a 35 yd end zone catch. Ruled a td, it was overturned with no explanation at the time. It clearly appeared to be a td. Even the Mountain West announcers couldn't believe it Bears fans are livid. IMHO they got jobbed. I hope this gets reviewed.

After that loss at home to Iowa State, I fear they will take it out on UND. Kansas State 52 North Dakota 9.

Usually online courses cost more per credit hour than brick and mortar.

I am a Bills fan I prefer to cheer Bohl’s best QB who lifts the team up. instead of dragging them down.

Facing reality is difficult for some people. I have my Fighting Sioux gear, but if I am at a UND game and some kids start yelling “Let’s go Hawks!”, I would join in. I cheer for my alma mater, the University of North Dakota.

I was surprised they still had that name.
