I was at the Texas A&M Kingsville game a few years ago. That was a thursday game, and the place was pretty full, student section was rockin. I hope for the same this year.

You have described the average Sioux football fan perfectly! The fans will come back, I am sure of it. The practice facility sounds incredible, and if a new stadium is in the works, WOW! I think it has to have a retractable roof.

I am all for the "other" sports and their success at UND, but come on dude! Football is, and should be king at NDSU, followed closely by basketball.

I would guess he and the coaches had some issues. He had talent, but didn't play. That translates into work ethic/attitude/"other" issues. Throw in the fact he left, and I would say he has burned all of his bridges here.
