If we are going with predictions: I say UND 51, Central Washington 10. I think they will get a field goal on our starters and a late TD with the 2nd and 3rd stringers in.

I, along with most people, do not put much stock in computer rankings of any sort. Luckily, in Division II, along with all lower divisions, we don't have to worry about these rankings deciding champions. They provide an interesting conversation piece, but things are decided on the field like they are supposed to be.

I see Grand Valley is 73rd, this is the highest ranking of any non Division I-A team, and they are ahead of many I-A teams. Pretty impressive, but the season is young.

I remember when this was an issue earlier this year...nice to see the Sioux are up there.

That game the Sioux lost to CW a few years ago was an extreme low point. I remember walking out of the game in the fourth quarter. It was pretty embarrassing. I hope the Sioux players who were around then remember that game and come out firing against these guys.

It's time for the Potato Bowl again! Anyone know about Central Washington this year? They lost to Caroll College. Any predictions on starting QB? Bowenkamp is the starter, but he might still be hurt. Would you go with Belmore again? Based on his performance against Mesa, he should get the start if JB is not healthy.

I forgot to mention: The Sioux beat the 23rd ranked team in the country with their 2nd string quarterback 65-7. It was 52-0 at halftime! This game could have been much worse. I don't know what all of this jibberish is about the bison, who cares about them? Why would one of their fans come on our board and talk trash about the Sioux victory?....oh yeah, because they are a bison fan and are probably mad they lost today to a team with the alloted number of scholarships. TNT is right, ignore the blundering turd fans and they will go away...I hope!

Went to the game today. The Sioux dominated Mesa. The stats were amazing! Over 500 yards offense for the Sioux, around 85 for Mesa! Mesa was frustrated often, I saw quite a few of their players paying more attention to the UND student section than the thumping they were taking. A few of their players laughed and joked on the sideline when they were down by over 50 points. Number 24 was pretty cocky too, he was one of their corners who got torched all day, but kept on sauntering around the sideline throughout the game. I wasn't impressed by their football skills or how they carried themselves at all.

That is good Dataflix is offering freebies. I hope they are telling the truth that this was a one time deal, because as everyone knows by now, it really sucked last weekend!

I agree, bison fans don't need to be here on the UND board in lowly minor Division II land. I haven't heard many Sioux fans talking about the Bison, instead we talk about teams like Delta and Mesa who we are playing.

With all due respect, don't go comparing UND or its facilities to St Cloud State.

Hopefully the Sioux can put together a complete offensive game. Mesa is going to be upset about their loss last saturday though.

How about hanging some real banners from somewhere representing the Sioux NCC titles? The plastic shiny NCAA title banner sure is not very prestigious looking. The Al needs something that is kelly green and white in color somewhere inside of it!

Bison fans have, and will always have, until they have a Division I hockey team, SIOUX ENVY. Good luck to the Bison in Division I. All I can say about this topic of NDSU vs. UND is: "THIS BORES ME".

Yes, but we are talking about FOOTBALL on this FOOTBALL forum page. Of course we all know that I-AA is for football only, as is your football conference.

Division II vs Division I-AA: In the national view, nobody really cares about anything except Division I-A. It is great the Bison moved up, the Sioux will follow, but our colleges are basically followed only by those in the region. Bison Fans: Quit making it sound like NDSU is a I-A school. Both of our schools are "minor league" compared to the I-A schools.

I agree that the feed was absolutely unacceptable. I was considering paying the 200 dollars for the all inclusive package, but now will not pay the 9 dollars for a single game again. I will instead rely on the audio feed. It was extremely frustrating trying to figure out what was going on in the game today. I have a brand new computer and a DSL connection...the problem today was Dataflix. What a shame. This service has so much potential, but it gives us, the customers GARBAGE for a product. Shame on Dataflix for putting out such a rotten product. I also would like to hear the explanation for their poor product.

28-19 Fighting Sioux win. Sloppy game, I believe the Sioux had 4 turnovers, but escaped with the win.
