Regional Rankings Doesn't make much sense, I guess playing Duluth hurt the Sioux's strength of schedule. Michigan Tech #1? Winona ahead of the Sioux?

I hope the Sioux come out fired up after their performance in Mankato. If they do, I expect a sweep. If they play like they did last weekend....well, lets just hope that doesn't happen.

To call the Minnesota "rouser" gay is one of the greatest understatements in the history of understatements. This is the most idiotic thing in sports today. I love that idea of spelling out mediocre! If only we could get everyone to do it, it would be priceless. You could print up sheets of paper with instructions, and have a few students lead the chant....come on guys and gals, there are some great minds here, make it happen.

Funny thing last year, the maverick cheerleaders were on the ice, being the tasteful men we are, we started mooing at them. Then, as if on cue, a cowbell could be heard. When we turned around and started laughing, we noticed it was a Mankato fan with a puzzled look on her face. Priceless.

A person I know who is a Maverick alum has informed me that MSU will split with or sweep the Sioux. He said prepare to be sitting alot and to hear the cowbells all weekend long. I responded by laughing and "nice uniforms".

Will this weekend's matchup against another Bulldog team be similar to last weekend? I don't know how Duluth will react to the Alerus Center, they probably have seen nothing like it. I predict a big Sioux win. Does Bubba know the Sioux well enough to prepare the dogs for this game? 35-14 Sioux.

I can't say I wear the jersey more than other sioux gear like a t shirt, but on selected days, if I'm just feelin it, I wear it. To hockey games, regardless of who is playing, I wear the jersey.

I admit, I wear my jersey on non-game days here in southern minnesota to piss off the gopher fans and show everyone I am a Sioux fan. I see Sioux gear all over. I was at the Vikings vs. Cowboys game and saw a guy wearing a Sioux jersey. He walked past us going up to his seat, my friends and I instantly cheered SIOUX, but were surprised to hear around 10-15 people in our section cheer as well. Sioux fans are everywhere.

Anyone have predictions on the score? How about who Hak will start in goal?

Minnesota State-Mankato is not very good...but that doesn't mean they can't beat the Sioux. Last year, in one of the games the Sioux won 10-1, but the night before it was only like 5-3 or something much closer.

Actually, Macplot has such storied posts as "i saw rory mcmahon at wendys" and I saw Rory at Target buying Q-Tips. We just treated his thanksgiving post as more of the same.
