I'm not going to bash Kessel, except for his one and only move he always pulls. I think Oshie was one of the top 3 US players on the ice last night, drawing penalties, etc. Chorney got burned on the one goal. I thought all in all, Lee and Chorney did a decent job on the speedy Russians. The chemistry just isn't there, it is a bunch of individuals playing. Boy do I hate those Russians though. The Canadian crowd can boo all they want, I will be cheering for the Canadian team and Toews.

On Fox Sports North at 10 p.m. CST. I'm looking forward to this one.

Oshie is really fun to watch, he works hard every shift. Right out of HS too! He hasn't had the experience of "higher level" competition someone like Kessel has had either. We will miss him and the others for the WJC.

A simple google search shows that the writer is the ex Michigan State Sports information director. Maybe he was around in 86-87 when we beat em for the title. Perhaps he is upset his old program has so few NCAA titles compared to our "tiny" school.

The inclusion of this guys quote about UND fans was not needed in his editorial. But as Jim stated, I am validating his opinion by complaining about it now, it was a no win situation. Like I said, don't go to the site like this guy wants us Sioux fans to do. Speaking of: "It's logical fallacy day on the message board", the writer of that article is a real big phallus!

As I say whenever this website talks bad about the Sioux and somebody posts it on here: They are a second rate site to USCHO, I rarely look at INCH, they are not even close to the quality of USCHO. Who cares what they say, I recommend not going to their site, you aren't missing much. There is a site I would recommend before INCH, it is www.collegehockeynews.com.

The relevance is in the question "does it happen all over?" as in UND...I don't think we bring 16-18 year olds to local establishments and pay for their tabs, but I am not an insider to the program.

Recruits faces were blurred out, but were shown at the bar perhaps receiving "tickets" for things at the bar. Will this have any NCAA implications? These are high school aged kids, does this happen all over? I wouldn't think so. This is a bit more serious than the other story.

I will be at the games in January. Never been to a game at Mariucci. What can people tell me about it? Who will be there? Are there usually a lot of Sioux fans? Do they serve alcohol?

And "big city" kids are tired of that lifestyle and head to the "small city". Kids from the suburbs couldn't see GF as much different from their hometown, except for the fact that it has an identity since it is a stand alone city. As far as I'm concerned, Irmen is no more a North Dakotan than I am a Gopher fan.

I watched that hit again, you are correct. If that isn't a 5 minute and game DQ, i don't know what is. What a cheap ass! I'm not saying we would have won the game, but this is another call the officials blew.

That was pretty classless of Irmen, it reminded me a lot of the Russian team at last years WJC and their antics in the game against Team USA. Irmen is no Ovechkin though talent wise...

With all due respect, I wouldn't call John Bernstrom an anybody. We make fun of that dude everytime we see him. I do a great impression of his bumbling style. That dude is one funny lookin fella.

I will soon have my Master's Degree from UND, so it is to me! Of course, not ALL U MN students are stupid...you being a Sioux fan is evidence of that.
