Your pessimism is based on what exactly? Western was full of transfers last year and won it all, convincingly. An exhibition game is just that, and we will see a line shakeups and a balance of minutes. Goals don’t mean crap, if you can’t get the puck out of your own end. We need proper interior linemen, and a focused offense. A stud DT would be immense. A lot of people here question the direction of the offense. From Z not getting the ball, to who should be catching it. I believe the offense did their job against K state. New head coach, new QBs, etc. They balled out. The defense played well at times, but the questions still remain. Inside run, and the deep ball.
