Sounds like a good business if you can get away with it; selling tickets to a non-existent tourney. No Christmas tourney (or home games over Christmas) this year, as the Sioux are traveling to a Dartmouth tourney.

Both the ECAC and HE play games that way, since most teams in the league are so near each other. Only the longest trips are 2 game weekend series. Even when the Sioux travel east (exceptions to Maine and UNH), they often play two different teams on consecutive nights. They're a bunch of weanies out there

Seems like I remember, possibly on a uscho post, that the Dartmouth tourney tickets will be available for $10. Would guess that buying Christmas tourney tickets directly from Dartmouth might be the best way to get them. You can probably get info from the Dartmouth hockey site. I see the games are listed in their schedule at 4PM/7PM each day of the tourney. Doesn't say which teams play when as yet.

Do you have a cd player that plays mp3's? If not, you'll have to convert the mp3 file to cda or wav, which can be done with the free "Winamp" software. Once you have the wav file (it's about 112mb), burn it to cd and you're set. (BTW, I'm not sure the rm=real audio file will convert, i'd use the mp3)

Sioux schedule

Would guess the TSN game is US vs Canada, May 9, Tuesday at 1:15PM EDT, according to the schedule. May be shown on Center Ice dish packages as some TSN broadcasts are?

I would guess, as long as the Sioux get top draft picks coming in as frosh, they will have to win a championship led largely in scoring by frosh and sophomores (hoping that top frosh stay for a second year), and a very limited number of role-playing leaders in the junior and senior class. The key will probably be getting enough experienced dmen to stick around to be upper classmen. There are other teams in the same boat (ie MN), but experienced teams with lots of upperclassmen players that are not top draft picks may win a few championships in the near future. Maybe one of them will come from the EZAC
