Siouxnami knows him well
He also had a sign that said, Bina shoot from here! He took that sign down to ice level and held it up for Frazee in warm-ups. Tom Pohl then skated over and stood in front of the sign, blocking it from view, turned around and smiled. He then yelled through the glass, "Hey Tom, wasn't your brother good?" That even made Tom smile.
This is of course secondary to team goals, but the leading Hobey candidates will be playing. Duncan can win himself a Hobey by out playing Hensick. I think the top 3 to win are Duncan, Hensick, NDs overrated goalie. I think the Sioux may wear down Michigan.
I hope Nash has a great time in the playoffs with Salmon Arm...
...and then joins the greatest tradition in college hockey at the University of North Dakota!
I would like to say I met some great Minnesota fans, and a couple idiots. The great Minnesota fans tell me they met some great UND fans and a couple of idiots...
Derek Lee is having a very nice playoff run, though Salmon Arm has run into a very good Penticton Team. Lee was the #2 star last night. Nash and Lee are both putting up points. I hope they caught the Final 5. My GUESS is that we should be hearing decisions by these two by early April. I hope Lee has written off Wisconsin. He could be part of an incredible offensive 2008 class.
You were both very stunning, though it is hard not to be in such a beautiful jersey. Nice to meet you Forecheck, good to see you again RWtD. Condolences on the loss of your two sophs.
I certainly am not going to hang my head after that. Minnesota played, a great game, got a little lucky, but deserved to win. Both teams did. Phil played well, but let in 3 goals he probably shouldn't have. One was weak, and the last 2 he got out of position. Oh well, he still had about 40 saves. If Oshie or Kaip could have hit an open net everybody would be happy, and there would be less trolls here. Hats off the the Gophers they played a great game. Hats of to the Sioux they played a great game. Minus the penalties, I think the Sioux could have buried them in the first period. I think it is too bad we are both in the West. I like our chances in a rematch when Minnesota won't have the same level of fan support.
Anyone blaming Lee for this loss should remove one's head from one's a$$.
Congrats Rodents, Go Sioux.
