Agree, standing in front of me for the whole down time. The crowd even booed.

There is one other person that would exaggerate the crowd even more. Attendance = tickets sold + tickets given free by the institution. Passes are overlooked. Attendance is not ticket holders that showed up for the game (butts in seats + hips in standing room only).

Being we slipped, we dropping 3 spots playing #1 isn't detrimental. What's happened has happened. We're now running out of Mulligans - for the NCAA's, we do need to go on a winning streak.

Since we joined the MVFC: SDSU has beat NDSU all three times. We lost in Brookings last year 24-21 and won at the Alerus 28-17 the season before. This is our 3rd MVFC game with the Jacks - who are rated #1 in FCS. Win here is huge for our FB program, large crowd could make the difference.

This game is big enough to be a sellout, if we win this game - it should help attendance next year. There's getting to be that feeling FB is making good strides at UND. We do have some FB street buzz in GF, of course long with the TC game, but the FB one is at home. I'm probably pushing it, but we could come close to 12K tomorrow. Slowly adding teams to professional sports has increased playoff games and rounds of them. FB is slowing adding season games and playoff teams, narrowing the gap on the other end to baseball. As you mentioned with hockey, they already are and as basketball. Will soccer gain traction in US and add to the mess, as it might be a more popular global sport?
