Mankato is doing a very good job winning the loose pucks around their goalie. Passing is off. Too many passes. Defense got worse as the period went on.

Both Zmolek and MacDonald out. Dang. Hobie gets the start in net! Littler in while Croal sits.

I really hope we see Hobie tonight. I know TJ has more college experience and Berry has a thing about how they play in practice during the week but you can't keep sidelining your underclassmen goalies for 5th year players every year.

Per Schlossman Caleb MacDonald needed stitches after the shot he blocked. Being down two defenseman is certainly not ideal. Hopefully they can both play tonight.

Yeah i think the missed major happened about 1 minute before the goal was scored.

We have a guy up in the press box whose job is to look out for things to be challenged. Like a missed major penalty or offsides on a goal. He noticed it and called down to the bench to get berry to challenge the play for a major.

The few mankato fans on X are in denial about the call. It looks textbook to me.
