We lack talent but I still think Joel may be in over his head. Youngstown State and Indiana proved that. Two bad offenses scored a lot of points. Also gave up 35 against a terrible Murray State team.

How fitting would a road win against a ranked team be for Bubbas last game as coach?

Excluding the fake punt against the bison, which was a full 2 yards if I remember correctly, I can’t remember many times that it failed.

How many turnovers for Eaglestaff?

Bubba is a great guy and loves UND, but I can’t imagine there is much respect for him anymore.

If the defense is even average, we beat Youngstown and Indiana State easily and the atmosphere in the Alerus looks a lot different the last two weekends. In 10 years at the helm, 2015 is the only year that I can think of where a Bubba led team was playing its best football at the end of the year. With that and all his road woes it’s crazy to me that he is still coaching here, although not surprising.

Is it up to Fruechte or Bubba?

Attendance at the last two games should be pretty telling already. You have SDSU and USD at home to end the year and there was no energy in the building and lots of empty seats.

We have owned this series in GF but that could very easily come to an end on Saturday. Still deciding if I want to go to this one or not. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t have anything going on and skipped a home game…
