Yes. inexperienced players and guys playing out of position trying to make the best of a situation. More than ever, these guys need our support in the stands.

I truly think that last week was just a fluke. One of those games where nothing comes together . . . at all. I'm not putting down numbers, but I'd take UND to win.

All i hear is "click click click", and it comes across like you're not even paying attention to your interviewee. I love the podcasts, and keep it up! But that clacking on the computer always bugs me.

The bigger problem with just plugging in a new ILB is the mental part. It'd be like just grabbing a TE and making him the QB. The ILB is usually geared to be the QB of the defense. I'm a fan of adding in some 4-3. I'm pretty sure that last saturday they were filling that ILB role with some bigger bodies on the goal line situations.

I always say that if a qb wants to not get hit, he needs to slide earlier. I truly don't think that qb was trying to slide at all. Looks like he started falling forward as he was cutting up field. Side note, I've noticed d-backs trying to make the big shoulder hit a lot (and not always wrapping up to make a solid tackle).

Right now it feels more like they are running a 3-8 defense . . . three lineman and then 8 safety-corner-backers.

Is there even one linebacker on the field now that was originally brought onto the team as a linebacker? I honestly feel sorry for those guys.

The UND loss this last weekend will only do two things for this weekend's Montana game. - Make Montana look even worse if the Cats lose. - Make the Cat's win less important in the standings if they do win.

I know . . . I was kinda joking. But can you imagine how much time it'll take to go over that film? Almost better to just spend the time game planning for the Bobcats (as it seemed they hadn't game planned for the 'Yotes at all).

My advice is coaches n players just shouldn't even watch film from yesterday. why? What are they going to see that they didn't see already.? The issues were glaring and obvious. Pick up your head, work on EVERYTHING and focus on preparing for the Cats. Go Hawks

You're right. My predictions are usually way of . . . so USD 27, UND 10 it's reverse psychology. Double reverse psychology never works, though.

I never put my prediction on the board . . . and that's a good thing 'cause it seems I'm usually way off. This week has to be the toughest to predict. This has to be one of the most even matchups of the season. I predict I have a great time AT the game!!!! Vermillion is only about 40 minutes from my house.

I loved that "curious hawk" last year. It's a keeper! The screech I could do without, though.
