Clicked on the Honeybaked 15AAA roster and there are a bunch of Moorhead kids straight from Bantam AA with Matt Cullen listed as the assistant coach. Crazy that watching their older brothers and friends win the state tournament couldn't sway them to play at least a year of HS.

Duluth is asleep at the wheel regarding CHL kids. Only one that likely would have gone USports rather than pro. Sandelin is the next Berry/Lucia.

His Duluth bio says he is majoring in communications. Cannot imagine he changed to a technical degree. Probably didn't gel with the team/coaches.

NCHC.tv contract with Sidearm (or is it Sideline?) Sports runs through next season so two more seasons with the status quo. Series at Clarkson will be on ESPN+ though.

Good call, Amazon and Apple are trying the same thing. ESPN having a near monopoly on hockey could result in another service overbidding just to get some puck on their platform. Personally my go to is Prime Video, tons of good neo-noir movies and (for PNW residents) every Kraken game.
