They likely reinvest all "profits." So even if they weren't tax exempt they wouldn't pay any taxes. They run a lot more than a church including a Food Pantry and kid programs.

Throw this one on the old bucket list. Top drag races in the country on national TV. Not too far away.

Looks like no Fargo Air Show in 2022 or 2023. They're applying to have one in 2024.

Does gfhockey have a burner account?

My snapchat story driving home. Lol I crossed over Highway 2 from gravel where cars are going 70+ mph. Three feet to see if it was clear or not. I said a prayer and hit the gas to cross.

Yup. Sat out there for three hours. Left at 130 even though they claimed they'd fly at 230. Didn't have much confidence. And leaving early paid off. Worst winds I'd seen. Blizzard like visibility.

Not sure they own the kmart part, but Hope Church and the owners do a pretty good job managing and upgrading that mall.

Cavalier Motorcycle Ride in next June 17-18. "Mini Sturgis" https://fb.watch/dBNzBUIu4k/

One would think it's about time GF had one pool that's newer than the 70s.

Unless they increased its size, their waterpark is smaller than the Canad Inns.

Watched a stream of cars pull into the Sonic drive up bays...I mean it is summertime. That seems like a key part of their business model. "Sorry the bays and lobby are closed. Only drive thru is open." "Staff shortage" gonna close Sonic next?

I would also guess a go-kart track. Someone older me could probably tell you (but then again they probably wouldn't be found using the internet). That stretch use to be the entrance to the state park before it was moved. You can see the old road and bridge still there. And there was I believe a bunch of other attractions like horseback riding.

Nice catch. Always fun to explore the area from Google earth.

I just stopped in to the park office to get my season pass and I asked if camping is busy this weekend and she replied they are full. Which has usually been my experience trying to camp there on the weekends. A person has to reserve a campsite online beforehand. Pro Tip: real fun to turn it into your own "voyageurs view tubing area". Launch your tube at the bridge near the dam and ride the river for a couple hours exiting at the last bridge in the park. The "sand bars" by the bridge near the dam also fill up pretty fast with people on the weekends. I had trouble finding an open one last year when I went. And with the popularity of "ebikes" I'm sure the trails are getting a resurgence too.

Glad it's finally out.. Heard good things about the movie.

Race: Bubba Wallace also a good mini docuseries on Netflix. Formula 1 also has a much watch docuseries on Netflix. Which a lot of people have contributed to the explosive growth of the sport in the USA. I've tried to become a fan but there's isn't much parity and "overtaking" at most tracks is nearly impossible.

First episode he ever did was about North Wilksboro. Which is now going from an old abandon track to currently being revitalized and being a fan favorite. It'll be interesting to see if they are able to hold a Nascar cup race there again soon.

Went to my first Nascar race at Kansas a couple weeks ago. Accidently snuck into the garage area! The sounds of the engine reminded me of the WoO since it was the closest thing I knew. It was cool to see Kurt Busch get his first win with Michael Jordan's new team. Highly recommend going at least once for everyone's bucket lists!

Looks like something is being built next to McDonald's on 32nd.

Guess I'll wait to do a cost benefit analysis once I see the costs and benefits.

I wonder what the thread count will be too?!
