I refreshed and now have the fibetv ad.
-
mines got a stationary esso ad on the screen.

WOW. Yup. AP with the near turnover.
-
Vikings still need a first down or the Pack will get one last chance.
-
After beating St Cloud and losing to Duluth in OT, sounds like the U18 team would put up 10 on Huntsville.
-
I don't know how the refs saw enough evidence to overturn the last possession. #triedtogiveUNDthegame
-
I wasn't too impressed either.
-
No one was mentioning if anyone won or loss.
-
Tough loss.
-
Tune in. It's a good game. Lot of back and forth. UND leads by one with 9 minutes left.
-
Hawks down one. 15 minutes left in the game.

Goon. Don't use the "Insert other media." Just post the link in the reply box and it automatically converts it for you. But for me it only "pops up" after I clicked edit. Otherwise it looked like this: https://twitter.com/siouxsports/status/667015788826611712

Next years Iowa game should easily trump the Kansas St game.

Just a difference of opinion. I think a chance to beat a "name school" in a Bowl Game > FCS Championship. Both are "one game." For all intensive purposes the Gophers don't have a shot at a College Football Championship either.
-
I'd take the chance to beat the Gophers in a Bowl game any day over playing Sam Houston State for a natty.

Went to my first Vikings game at TCF Bank. Not impressed. It's like they built the concourse with the thought it would never sell out. So crowded in the concourse people ( & I) at one point moved five feet in ten minutes...Lots of people unhappy and turned around to go to their seats, ....Half the seats are the old school bench seats, and one of the end zones scoreboard is smaller than the Alerus's, and a "Video Ring" that only goes a few yards (unlike most that go the whole arena like the Ralph or at least half). If one didn't know any better they'd think TCF Bank Stadium was built in the 90's.

University of North Dakota Hockey 2015-16 season
Cratter replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
Thanks, not sure what all that neg rep was about in my previous post. It was a valid question. And with your answer it helps me to establish a trend in that the last two natty's by UND had stellar first half of the season (but of course anything could happen). -
They got their wish: Anything But Sundogs. Anything but Force. Anything but a Unique name...oh wair Nevermind.....Everyone that changes from a native american name goes to a bird. UND = Angry Birds. Maybe the students (alumni?) are smarter than we think....look for enrollment to increase 50%+ based on our subtle coolness of an app game. UND Angry Birds.....way more awesome than Fighting Hawks....Petition the Change! FYI the longer time go along and the longer you wear you wear Fighting Sioux gear the "more awesomer" you become.....MN North Stars...Winnipeg Jets (before they came back).

University of North Dakota Hockey 2015-16 season

Ok the last championship @ UND won has a similar record to this year at the halfway point (but parity) But what did 1997 look like at the half way point? -
Some would point out the number of teams in a level is relative to the number of games one plays in a season. (and by that metric College Hockey could use a lot more teams).

Ohio State on a tear lately....Who would have thunk....All Gail the BTHC!

The "fix was definitely in" for Shaw as the next UND hockey coach. These guys seem to be tailoring the process for the one they have in mind. Which makes the guessing process (and North Dakota "Logistic Laws") that much easier. Let's see how much the GF media cares about football and basically nails down the candidate a few months in advance before the announcement like Schlossy did with Shaw. .....Lennon would be a welcome addition.

I believe I saw gas prices right now are (with adjusted for inflation) the lowest it's been since the 70's....(cant be good for ND oil). ....(It's like the movies: "Greatest grossing film of all time." We duh...There's a gazillion more people in the world (USA) and inflation makes that "statistic" not that amazing.) But they don't talk about how the gas at that price seem to be diluted with 10% ethanol. What's it adjusted to when pure gas is fifty cents higher? Gotta love those bumper stickers (who has bumper stickers anymore anyways : "Gas was $1.XX when Bush took office...Gas was $X.XX when Clinton was in office." I swear it seems like whenever there's we are on a verge of an (general) election gas prices seem to plummet.

Simonson gas in GF: $1.94 Simonson gas in Bemidji: $1.83 That competition in Hillsboro: $1.72.

Oddly enough by there own guestimates there is much more competition per capital in Grand Forks of 38 in gf vs 68 in West/Fargo. Which would be equivalent to West Fargo/Fargo having about a 100 gas stations...wouldn't it make sense to mention that in the article? So I think the validity of those numbers might be questionable also. But what also matters is how many different owners/companies relative to per capital. Article does no critical nor in depth thinking. Written about a HS level.
