  1. FYI, Harvard plays BC tomorrow. Should be a good game. Harvard still plays: Yale, Rensselaer, and Cornell, and possibly BU, who are all top 16 in Pairwise. Michigan on the other hand doesn't play anyone left in the top 16 with an average schedule remaining Pairwise of 33.
  2. Harvard could bump Michigan at 4. And Q and Harvard could stay in the East, with Michigan and UND playing in Cincinnati. Who knows at this point, lots of hockey left.
  3. Nightmares of Grant Poltuny scoring a OT goal vs Maine a long time ago, still clouds my judgement.
  4. Yup. I'd probably take my chances in Cincinnati where Miami probably won't be in the tournament thus not having an actual home team. Vs a potentially packed X full of Gopher fans. UND vs Minnesota at the X for a potential spot in Tampa would be fun though. (Gophers and Michigan are tied for first in the Big Ten. The Big Ten tournament is in St. Paul this year. Thus the Gophers not having to leave the state of Minnesota til the Frozen Four.)
  5. Maybe, but SCSU going 2-0 this weekend helps solidify UND's PWR. Flipping with SCSU doesn't do much in the grand scheme of things as its usually the difference of playing the 13th vs the 15th teams. I'd say staying in the top 4, and not having to play a top 4 team possibly in the regional is more important.
  6. I always cheer for the NCHC. So I'm glad to see SCSU win, as it helps UND's PWR.
  7. That's a pretty amazing flip.
  8. That must be entire non conference and not just against Minnesota teams? Because that would mean before the 1-13 skid they were 11-1.
  9. Wrong again. Given your "what if" meets my "what if"....UNC still wins. Fact....think about it.
  10. Looks like you're right and I'm wrong. And by the looks of it, it might even be (or has been) included in the other teams ticket packages. Probably why I believe they claim they sold 14K tickets last year.
  11. 1-13 since joining the Weak Six.
  12. This loss dropped Minnesota to 21 in the PWR.
  13. It appears you are correct.
  14. UNC makes four more missed three throws, UNC still wins. "Ifs" are stupid in sports.
  15. I don't believe they are included in Gopher season tickets. EDIT: Appears it is included.
  16. I don't think that's how it works, but a lot of Gophers fans prior to this weekend were in favor of that format.
  17. Steve McNair went third overall.
  18. Minnesota was on a 5-0 run in the Big Ten. The second they play traditionally lower level (old) WCHA teams they go 0-2.
  19. Alright, but the question I was answering only asked about the game not about the practices.
  20. Ok dad. He looked average. Ok, Maybe I should have said looked "Ok." Ok is average in my book. I guess that might be a "bias" not a bias that isn't alone. Most of his passes were short yard passes. No bias He fumbled the ball on his last play. No bias. His team had trouble moving the ball. "Moving the ball" is arbitrary, might be some bias there. Never did I say anything about he didn't do what was asked of him. Never did I say he wouldn't be the first QB drafted (I hope he goes to the Cowboys at #4). Your bias might be projecting a bias. Someone asked a question and I answered it. Signed, your son.
  21. Not only that it looks like BU player should have been assessed a penalty for slashing.
  22. We need to thank Eaves for Boeser.
  23. UNC also tried to give it away missing a lot more free throws than UND. It goes both ways.
  24. Being the top senior in all of college football and as said all the hype, Wentz looked pretty average. He fumbled the ball on his last play. All his passes were short drop passes, with one being twenty or so yards to a wide open receiver. His team had trouble moving the ball (of course not wentz's fault).
  25. Jones with another bench tirade and fly by handshake.
