Just turned into the Minot vs Central High hockey game. My God. What a sad display of attendance. Especially for a semifinal hockey game. A small arena and a even smaller crowd. Same amount in the stands as on the hockey teams. I had hoped better for Fargo.

If I'm NDSU I'm scratching my head. All UND does (for virtually all sports) is call up any former player and say "wanna be a coach." Did no former NDSU players wanna return to their Alma mater? So they had to look at a resume from a St. Thomas coach? Or they just lazy and said "good enough for UND. Good enough for us"?

It's turned political. He likes "tax friendly" states. And talks crap about "high tax states." So people on the other side of the aisle attack him like McFeely has. Celebrities get nitpicked for every little thing they do. So journalists can write articles that get clicks. If there was anything nefarious he would have already been kicked off Shark Tank.

UND needed a 93.5% out of its goalie to win its last National Championship. This team will do down as many other UND teams did. But just not as special as the 2016 one.

Spend the entire day at Hector last night. Flights kept getting delayed because of the wind. Then when it died down. Rumors were there was barely any ground crew working because they sent them all home earlier in the day. Saw Schmaltz and his famous "Forks" hat. Hector had a sign showing their big expansion plans. IIRC, Nine total gates after completion.

We looking to win the national tournament. Not the conference. The team is 9th in the country in scoring. 12th in save percentage. Maybe I should have said more *defense than goaltending*. A "weakness" on a "strong team" is usually still strong.
