It really was quite a difference. Football was constant yelling standing and cheering, especially in the last half. In hockey there was only two reasons to stand the entire game. It is a great atmosphere...for chatting with my neighbor.

But in football UND is the Duluth or Denver

UND should be about #5 in the final selection committee. Undefeated and Champion of the toughest conference in the FCS. 9-1 FCS record overall and a 9 game winning streak.

Today I learned the athletic teams at the university better be careful not to get caught using a rating scale to describe the opposite sex or their athletic season will be cancelled.

With the pipeline basically done and just waiting for the permit to cross the river, I have a feeling with the events of last night the prospects of that getting approved just shot up.

It never gets old being told your favorite team is in the best conference in the country.

This is key. Fargo will build a new dome someday and it will be big enough for FBS. With that said, SDSU and/or USD likely won't have money and/or population to keep up with NDSU, it's a better long term strategy to align with local schools that are similar to UND. UND really has no business being in a conference with two California teams. Florida State University is closer to Grand Forks.

As a matter of fact, that newscast must have been produced from one of those highlighted states.

If I try to think in an unbiased manner, a part of me recognizes that if we are able to get upset and call racism because it's not just a logo representing a school but is actually representing a group of people also, the school is partly to blame for having a logo that represents said people.
