Brick and mortar retail felt the disruptive change of online technology first. Yes some of this is changing demographics ( fewer HS graduates) but some of declining enrollment at schools like SCSU is online education and the disruptive change it brings. Fewer on campus students means smaller fees budgets to support extracurricular activities. Schools are having to adapt and adjust offerings accordingly. When will the NCAA have to start to make divisional or sport requirements adjustments in light of the changing landscape.
