Trump team is appealing Judge Brann’s PA decision from last night to the Third Circuit (Alito’s for reviews). I thought Brann’s ruling was with prejudice so appeal was not allowed.

If the data is not overtly clear and accurate it’s on them to provide the explanation in the sake ensuring the public trust.
