I'd found that also. Not very definitive. But that's the NCAA. As promised, up vote applied.

College hockey fans deserve to know, while not naming specific people, why Notre Dame and Michigan were withdrawn. A simple statement of: "< number > of the < group > of < team > tested positive. Under protocols, < team > was withdrawn." And the statement might name two groups from a team. < group >: players, coaches, training/support staff

To my eyes it looked like Wisconsin had never seen the combination of: 1. The box-and-one (or pentagon) trap, and 2. A team that skates that hard. Throw in that Wisconsin only recently (like four hours ago) became familiar with the region of the rink called "along the boards" and they were doomed from the opening drop.
