I believe you "own" plurals with the singular. (Lawyers will correct me.)

A simple search of the USPTO(.gov) office says someone already has ... and it's not explicitly UND. And the lists of items they use it on reads like what UND lists for where it uses its trademarks. Very interesting. https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4809:598odx.3.1 EDIT: Stable link -> https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=90202844&caseType=SERIAL_NO&searchType=statusSearch PS - Can neither confirm nor deny this is footage of The Sicatoka celebrating the first time ever that he beat @nodak651on a public info search.

I'd just like to be consistent on "base" helmets (all sports, save for SB batting helmets) across the board: - green - ND hawk logo on both sides - UND at top middle of mask - number at back middle

Both after the @NAU win and the @SIU loss, we all could take two minutes to listen and understand this:

I'm asking a trademark question. If you don't own it and protect it ...

Chaves is going nowhere soon (save the unspeakable happening). https://blogs.und.edu/und-today/2022/03/for-und-athletics-director-bill-chaves-a-four-year-contract-extension/ His pre-UND resume is solid. https://fightinghawks.com/staff-directory/bill-chaves/527 I'm thinking he got here and had much work to do after the run of Faison, Buning, Thomas, Wanless, and yes, Gino. Each had their strong suits but none was an "across the board" guy. That leaves holes for someone to fill some day. Carl Miller where are you.

Only riding single; no former VB players riding double.

I sure hope they trademarked and "college licensed" the "Nodak" word that is not our nickname and is not on the collegiate licensing info last time I checked.
-
I didn't either until a wise poster here threw me a clue.

So is Scott Frost. NDSU did OK bringing in a Nebraska guy.

Is his spouse as a women's golf advisor a package deal?

He's making a lot of money at U Dub.

That's a sucker bet with hockey that night. Many will be in Alerus before hockey, or will have hands on steering wheel not keyboard during the game.

This game is a trajectory-setter. - Win and it's 3-2. That sets up going 4-2 down the stretch and a 7-4 record. Go 5-1 and playoffs are a gimme. - Lose and it's 2-3. The road to seven wins required going 5-1 down the stretch (which infers beating either of the xDSUs.) To my eye, Saturday is a home playoff game based on its projected impact.

I couldn't watch or listen to this game, so I just looked at the drive chart. UND had two drives at the SIU 15 garnering three points. Have to do better in the red zone.
-
But do you know the dates?
-
"D2" or more correctly "DII" is an NCAA designation. UND is not that. "Second tier", which is what you are truly trying to imply, is the more apt characterization as that describes the FBS/FCS relationship.

Condolences to the UA(F) Associate HC who is heading to a funeral early this week. I sat next to him yesterday on a SEA->MSP run. He let me look over his shoulder as he was reviewing their exhibition game from like 16 hours earlier. Would be fun to see the 'nooks in GF sometime in the future ...

Wait a minute what are you saying? -
I'm with the UNDFootball360 guys when they tweeted this was third road game in four weeks and it showed. The homecoming game will tell me what I need to know.

Those puddles that smelled terrible weren't all just standing water. Or so guys that lived in East Hall informed me.

Sometimes a little adversity brings out what's truly in the player. Ask Tucker Poolman.

Why do you make two contradictory statements.

Seeing the WV game last night, put an outline of the state around the full words (too many “big square” states so you have to spell it out for the geography challenged).
