    I have a feeling UND-FB-FAN would be in Durham, NC, or Storrs, CT, trying to convince Duke or UConn BB fans to change focus to football. Or maybe a better example, Johns Hopkins fans that they need to dump lacrosse (nine DI titles) for football.

    Even in today's world of advanced medicine and training and rehab, rosters (all sports) seem to have expanded because teams seem to end up with season-long injuries that shorten the roster. Hockey used to run 26. Lately it's 27. MBB expanding a little (16) would just seem to be following the trend of roster management reality.

    If BSU was the dreg of that conference I'd be against; but, being they are perennially competitive it's a good series from both a PWR and fiscal viewpoint.

    Some can't live without nineteen kinds of toothpaste with tri-colored gel and whitening and breath freshening. Others miss or even enjoy the simplicity of "Colgate or Crest".

    Pure guess, but I'd say Midco runs UND FB at noon, another (SDSU or USD) game at 3, and UND Hockey at 6. There's the break built in for the GF broadcast crew.
