What DI FBS Would You Like the Sioux to Play?

I found a couple of interesting articles from the Argus Leader about USD taking some time in Norman, OK before their first game with West Texas A&M

Could this little side trip be the start of a relationship between USD and Oklahoma?

Where would you like UND go to play "the big payout game?"

If we are talking about BCS schools I would like UND to look south and west to Big 12 and Pac 10 schools. I think Arizona State or Arizona would be perfect for UND football, Arizona has huge amounts of UND grads that would help generate interest in the game. I also like the prospects of possibly playing Big 12 North Division teams (Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska, etc.) If it is a non-BCS school I would like to play teams in the Mountain West Conference (Utah, San Diego State, UNLV would be my top choices). All I know is that I DO NOT want to put our eggs in the "we both play DI hockey, so let

Kansas. It could be a competitive game, Lawrence is awesome and it's close to Kansas City, so you could do a Royals or Chiefs game on Sunday. It's also not a terrible drive from GF. Other choices would be Tennessee (just love to see a game there - size similar to Michigan Stadium, but 10x the passion), Boston College (could do on a weekend with a hockey game, that would be a blast), Washington (Seattle is another cool town with a fair number of alums), and Rutgers (for the benefit of JFR and NYC exposure).

BC or Connecticut (potential hockey-football combo platter), something in the Carolinas like UNC, NCST, Clemson, etc. (beautiful in the fall), agree with Kansas or Iowa St, maybe Illinois at Champaign, agree with the Arizona schools, agree with UNLV, perhaps Nevada as well, maybe an early December date with Hawaii, agree with Wyoming, maybe Colorado or Colorado St too, for the Denver alumni base.

For selfish reasons I would like to see them play Univ of Southern Miss in Hattiesburg or Tulane at the Superdome. I think you would get a good UND crowd down to New Orleans if they were to play Tulane.

I agree that out of all of C-USA, Tulane would be best.
