sprig
Ryan Johnson played 59 games for the Sioux from 94-96 (8 goals, 39 assists). From Thunder Bay, Ontario.
sprig
Blais is sick; not on the bench.
If only we had Belfour
My neighbor wants to go root for the SIOUX with me at sensers. So I am going to root for them at the bar. Ill bring the matches and the gopher shirt. If we need it i'll burn it in sensers parking lot.
UND95
Have a good one Belfour. Let's Go Sioux!!!
Erick
Have fun Belfour...is anyone else's feed really fuzzy?
sprig
Have fun Belfour...is anyone else's feed really fuzzy? Yep, feed not good, but it's been worse a couple times this year, and not at all a few others. You're right, jk, some of these good chances need to go into the net soon. USCHO score update board not working.
SiouxFanInBoston
Yes, my feed is fuzzy, too. Belfour's gone, but I need to make an edit on my earlier post. I got the info on RJ on the Florida Panther's site, not Tampa Bay's. He was traded to Florida from Tampa Bay in 2001. His bio said that he suffered a concussion Dec. 22, 2001 vs. St. Louis in his 200th NHL career game and missed the final 48 games of the season. He's not listed on the 2002-03 roster, unless I missed something.
UND95
Period one draws to an end. 1-0 Sioux. UND will start the second on the PP with a late Denver penalty. Shots on net in the first: UND 12 DU7 Another good period of confident hockey out of Jake Brandt. Go Sioux!!!
SiouxFanInBoston
I want another quick goal to begin the 2nd.
Ghost of Smith
Fellas I just got on 1-0. Nice work. Belfour how many shirts you burned?
UND95
The Blues claimed Ryan off waivers this year. So he is playing for St. Louis now. He was swapped around a couple times between Tampa and Florida over his career.
Sioux fan in Madison
UND with pp at the start of the 2nd. USCHO board has broke - can't post anywhere.
UND95
Good to see you Ghost. Belfour said he was off to Sensers with a buddy, but he was going to take a Gopher shirt and matches with him.
Erick
Thanks guys, I thought it was the feed, but I was just checking. Sounds like Denver is having trouble getting into the Sioux zone, I feel really bad for them Could be the fatigue factoring in already since from what I could understand DU was only rolling 3 forward lines? Parise said in an interview before the game that he thought they were better conditioned than DU.
wyman
Thanks much for the updates everyone - I'm without video or audio for the game. Go Sioux!

Ghost of Smith
I just read it that Belfour is gone. My feed is aweful. I'm constanstly buffering. I go old school when it comes to the internet. Good to see we have the same crew on the internet. Hopefully this is good luck. I'm going to pour myself the same thing I lastnight as well. SiouxperDave
Nice site guys. I'm getting fed up with USCHO.
MinnesotaNorthStar
sounds as if the Sioux are off to a good start...i have no way to listen to the game from here (I'm in Minneapolis)
jk
Here's the recipe for success tonight. Score the next goal, get the two-goal lead. Get Denver, a team that can be dangerous, to start pushing to score. Although they can be dangerous, pushing on offense isn't their game, and they will make mistakes. Make 'em pay for their mistakes, and put it out of reach.
Erick
Welcome wyman, good to have you here. Good job ghost, I figure keeping the same routine can only be good luck. So, I guess I will be forced to drink a few Guinness tonight MinnesotaNorthStar you can listen to the audio feed for the game, there is a link to it on the hockey front page of this website. MinnesotaNorthStar
The crowd is sooooo into it! Glad to hear it...wish I was there
UND95
Exactly, and if they are pushing to score, maybe they will forget about the tackle style play that they usually do and that will open things up more for the Sioux.
SiouxFanInBoston
.... or, just turn the lights off
Erick
You know, I feel comfortable without Blais on the bench, but do you think that either Hakstol or Berry last night would have pulled Brandt?
