Craig Lowell
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share the link to the YouTube video that someone (possibly one of you, I don't know) put up which splices the ESPNU feed with the WCHC audio. I listen to it all the time at work whenever I get wistful for college! And to anyone who still reads this, thank you again for all your support last year! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnRfpcc3LZA&eurl=

Craig Lowell
And if anyone is interested, Tony Quesada is now playing with the Austin Ice Bats of the CHL after a so-so stint with the Houston Aeros of the AHL, which is the team I believe he was with when he tore his ACL. [Edit: He did not tear his ACL; it was his miniscus. He had surgery to repair it.] But he seems to have recovered nicely, and is currently putting up some impressive numbers even though he's not getting much offensive support: 2-5-2, 2.80 GAA, 91.6 SV% http://www.icebats.com/players/tony_quesada.htm
Craig Lowell
And the rest of the '06 Crusaders: Tyler McGregor: Currenly with the Memphis RiverKings of the CHL. 5 goals and 8 assists in 45 games. Appearing in almost all of their games, though I can't see how many minutes per game. He also gets demerits for playing on a team that has a dance team. Ugh. http://www.riverkings.com/team/rost...ml?player_id=28 Added bonus: Memphis will be playing Quesada's Austin team tomorrow night! Ben Conway: Appeared in two games with the RiverKings, but left at the end of November to take a job offer. No other details. http://www.riverkings.com/home/news...article_id=1381 (scroll about halfway down) Marc Bianchi: Getting lots of playing time for the Lubbock Cotton Kings of the CHL. http://www.cottonkings.com/index.ph...task=view&id=69 (you can see his stats with the tab on top of the page) I know Pierre Napert-Frenette took a job on Wall Street after he graduated. It doesn't look like Blair Bartlett or Andrew Weber pursued their hockey careers any further either.

forecheck
I figure I need to wear my Holy Cross jersey while holding a 'Golden Chokers' sign during the Gophers/Air Force game on Saturday.

Yeah, that would be cool. Heck, it could happen again this year with how the U has been playing. I will probably have to wear my Holy Cross T-shirt. basil_17
Yep..they sure stunk up the place last week-end........... Question about your sig line, southernmn... How can you be a fan of both the Gophers and the Sioux? Isn't that like being an agnostic Christian? I'm not knocking, just honestly asking? Craig Lowell
You know I'll be rooting for the Falcons tomorrow. And of course for the Sioux as well! Good luck guys. Oh, and in case anyone else is interested, D Jon Landry (HC '07) was signed by the Blue Jackets last week: http://www.bluejackets.com/news/press/arts/3657.0.html

Craig Lowell
Thanks Craig!! Uh, who are the Falcons?? (Just pullin' your leg. ) I'd say that's what the Gophers are saying, but I don't think they'll take their first round opponent so lightly this year
