I'm speculating here, but something like "Inappropriate Post B??" or something. Hmmm... obviously I (and others) don't see it, which makes it seem like something specific to your account. That makes me think of things like having a PM and it trying to popup the PM window, or something like that. Try logging out and see if you still get the message. Now that I've seen what is coming up, it doesn't appear to be because you posted something inappropriate. It almost looks like you tried to modify a quote or something, but took out a needed value, but I don't know why it would come up with every post.
