They've only talked to Landman a few times, there are some other players that they want instead and rightfully so because there are some better players out there.

cool, thanks for the info

any other northerners on the radar for 2-3 years ahead. being in az its harder to keep up with the northern minnesota talent, thanks usa hockey!

I was recently informed that there is a recruit out of Boston that the coaches are very high on. I would imagine he plays for the Junior Bruins. He could've been the other kid here last night.

John Henrion by any chance. It would be a big time recruiting coup for the Sioux to snatch him out of MA.

It would be fun to continue to branch out to the east as far as recruiting goes. If I remember right, Malone played out east for a prep school. Cichy played for the Jr. Bruins for most of last year. Maybe he made a few friends on that team and impacted their decisions. I know absolutely nothing about Henrion, but he is pretty far up on Heisenberg's list for 2009 in the east. Hopefully it is him. Has anyone heard anything else about the recruit that was here for the Manitoba exhibition?

The other recruit was also from Roseau along with Lee, however not sure on the name. Maybe some guys with some more knowledge could fill in on who it could be.

maybe landman or ben nelson?? not sure on the other players that arent commited at roseau as oliver is commited to scsu and ness to minny.

i see lee, landman and nelson on chris's site as uncommited

I think Hextall is going to be a simialr player like Prpich....lets hope he can come in and make an impac next year.

Whoever comes in next year and can actually make the roster will make an impact, just because it will take so much skill and effort just to get into the lineup...

Anyone know anything on Damon Kipp who is also on that team? Just wondering because I think we need to be looking to add some d-men for next year and he is rated pretty highly so I was wondering if we have had any contact with him. Also, any word on Corbin McPherson? I read somewhere that the Sioux were in his top three and he is another d-man that could come in next year.

Damon Kipp is a nice combination of size and offensive ability, but for some reason I have never heard what schools he is interested in.
