It lowers UND Athletics front office head count.
REA (not a State entity) can do things UND can not (e.g. quick turn contracting).

I know it's a sore point for some but given all the scrutiny if it wasn't net positive (even a just little) for UND it'd be changed.

Midco contract remains the same. Midco says nothing will change with UND coverage.
